    Default Held mobs moving

    Dear devs pls fix the mobs tripped, held, stoned that keep moving around. This is ****ing annoying.
    If you wearing a **** paralize wep you want the ****ing mob STOPPED!

    Will never happen.
    The server sends a command, "move from A to B" and it gets executed. After that, the server might notice that something is held/tripped/stunned. But not before.
    The main issue is when the initial "move" command takes them over half the map. But it wont change.

    I understand that mobs could still move a bit because of server lag, but why move such long distances?

    And why move into one direction AND after that to other direction while still paralyzed/held?

    Indeed. I have noticed that stunned/held/paralyzed mobs often move much farther than they would have if not supposedly rendered immobile. Server lag not withstanding, something is definitely wrong with their pathing under these conditions.

    Don't worry, its never going to change. Why streamline your existing content when you can just pump out more content to sell? There is no profit to be made by fixing content already sold!

    This is nothing new, and was not acknowledged for a ggod long time.

    It has to do with RadII or blindness effect. When a mob is hit with blindness they stumble around. so if blinded post trip,stun,dance,hold,stone, hypno the will move around.

    Previously, blinded mobs stood still, now they don't stand still. But, now paralyzed mobs move too. Its a problem with the programming of the "helpless" state. But, it could be caused by mushrooms for all we know.
