Looks like you forgot to add #9 : have enough sp to cover the whole surface of any quest with grease, anytime.

True story. Seriously had to kick a guy who was eating some sort of crunchy chip things, and claimed he didn't have the dexterity to hit F to talk while gaming so he refused to even try.
Also #12 - Frequent and unexplained AFKs at important junctures (ESPECIALLY at "you must gather your party" locations)
#13 - getting locked in/dead/lost/stuck in places where it cannot be fixed, leaving the party no other option than to let you pike for the rest of the quest.
