    Exclamation DDO Install Problem

Ok I have a serious issue that I'm hoping to get some help on. Just reformated a computer and installed Win7 professional edition. Downloaded and went through the install of DDO and the install went "clean" but when I try and invoke the TurbineLauncher.exe i get a pop-up "TurbineLauncher.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error". The error reports V1.1.4322 is not installed. Also the system is 32-bit.

I have gone through the following post http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=266419 showing how to install both version 1.1 and the system pack for the 1.1 .NET framework and still have the error. Following that I used the windows .NET framework clean up tool to remove all the .NET framework including the reg files then re-installed the .NET framework 1.1 and system pack and continue to have the error.

Further more I have a laptop with Win7 professional on it and I have never run into this issue on several re-formats and installs. Specs for the problem computer at the end of the post. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Specs for the Problem PC
Hard Drive: Western Digital WDC WD5000AAKS-75A7B0 ATA : 500GB HD
Display Adapters: NVIDIA GeForce 8300 GS
    DVD/CD-ROM drive: PLDS DVD+-RW DH-16A6S ATA Device
    Keyboard/Mouse: Microsoft IntelliType Pro 8.2
    NIC: Intel(R) 82562V-2 10/100 Network Connection
    Processors: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40 GHz : X2
Sound Controller: Realtek High Definition Audio

PS The wifi router in the house is Cisco Valet(tm) 2.4GHz n router doubt that will help since the laptop can run/play DDO through it. Also if more data is needed let me know.
