about to TR my monk from 34 to 36 build

i am about to tr again to get the 36 point build on my monk i usually go dex/wis weap finess build but want to try str/wis build. at a 34 build i have a high dex and ok wis 38 dex 26 wis still able to land stuns quite frequently almost every time in epics.

goin to keep the human monk which i been for the past 2 lives dont have wf or orc.

goin to go 16str 15 dex 16 con 8 int 15 wis 8 cha starting out. use a +2 tome on all stats at lvl 7. enhancement to human +1 str and monk wis +1 . all lvl ups in str

finally stats 24 str 17 dex 18 con 10 int 18 wis 10 cha after +2 tomes and enhancemnts (no gear on)

i can reach a 40 str self buffed 24 (+7 item gloves, +1 except tod ring, +2 yugo pot, +4 fire stance, +2 madstone boots) 42 double madstoned thats w/o a +2 ship buff too.

what i am askin is that i am so use to windstance is it more dps to use a +3 dex tome get ultimate windstance and dps in windstance while str based monk

hate the slow fighting not in windstance dont really need the ki from fire stance but may need the +4 str to add more dps ? so i can manage a 36 str self buffed 40 when doubled madstoned and +2 ship buff.

Earth3 > Wind4 if you have 2 or more bursting effects.

Fire only enters the equation if you REALLY need that neck slot for something.
