no warforged,monk,etc,after install

i baught the game from a store. and used to have access to more classes and races. i recently baught new cpu. when i installed ddo its telling me i have the character but need to buy him to use him. and no access to the classes or races i used to. anyone know anything about this

VIP is a monthly Subscription.

When you bought the game, you got a Month of VIP free.

Now, you're not VIP anymore. Has nothing to do with new/old installations.

VIP Gets you Warforged/Monk/Etc.
