Per release notes:

Artificer scrolls now have varying costs, depending on their level.
The UMD required to use Artificer scrolls has been increased.

Elemental Weapons now has a UMD 36, Base Price 150 Plat per Scroll. Duration still 5 minutes.

Adamantine Weapons now has a UMD 42 (42? Really? Odd..) and a Base Price of 375 Plat per Scroll. Duration still 6 minutes.
