All content will level scale, and degree of difficulty is based on your items and class. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the most, paladins and rogues are worth 10 points, sorcerers and favored souls are worth 2 points, and wizards 1 point, with a bonus -1 if you are a Pale Master. Number of chests that spawn after killing the last boss will be determined by how many "Dragonshard Dungeon Gems" you spend to enter the dungeon (cost: 1995TP per at the DDO store). Really cool loot drops are also on a 1-10 scale, with fighters, barbarians, and paladins at a 1 (-1 if you take any PrE's), sorcerers and wizards a 9 (in a twist, also a -1 if you have any PrE's), and 10 for Favored Souls.
Edit: Added, clerics are not on any of the scales, as they have been deemed "irrelavent".
In an effort to improve the benefits of being VIP the subscription model will change to pay to play time. That's right, instead of a monthly subscription all VIP's need to do is buy store points and these will automatically be deducted per 10 minutes of game time. Turbine reserves the right to adjust the actual points based solely upon their discretion.
In the event any VIP runs out of points in the middle of an instance a window will pop up with the option to purchase 1000 points for your convenience. Premium and F2P will simply disconnect unless on a TR. This window will appear in the center of the viewing area with a 3 hr count down locking out all other PC functions.
Additionally, for your convenience, no player will have a blue or red bar. All players will have store points automatically deducted to replenish either and a player will 'die' upon running out of TP.
The exceptions to this rule are bards, rogues, and rangers. The development team has determined that they are comfortable with the abilities of these classes as is and so will simply die 20 minutes into any quest regardless of TP.
Druids have encountered another technical drawback and will be postponed another year.

Things worthy of Standing Stone going EXTREME PREJUDICE™ on.:
- Epic and Legendary Mysterious ring upgrades, please.
- Change the stack size of filigree in the shared bank to 50. The 5 stack makes the shared bank worthless for storing filigree in a human usable manner.
- Fixing why I don't connect to the chat server for 5 minutes when I log into a game world.
- Fixing the wonky Lightning Sphere and Tactical Det firing by converting them to use alchemist spell arcing.
- Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.
i heard they're bringing back the old vorpal mechanic. but it's getting nerfed in u12.1.
wail of the banshee is now a wizard and necro savant (new to u12!) SLA. (a successful fort saves increases enemy fort by 25%)

We've got three kinds of players here: Those who play DDO like it's WoW, those playing like it's Dungeons & Dragons, and those playing like it's a generic first person shooter. Choose your advice accordingly.
Other thoughts here.
I don't want to give anyone ideas.
EDIT: Okay.... I'll give one.
The Abbot..... eatting GS weapons.... WAI in U12.
And other raid bosses will have the ability to do it too. If we can craft vaccum/trash clearing weapons, so can they.
