I think solo rogue is doable with a high assassinate DC and some form of proc on attack based CC like timeblade. Bolai is a pain as solo melee due to the regular stunning blows + not too shabby melee damage. Not sure how I'd kill him as melee. Maybe bow pew pew + kiting for 2 hours? That sounds dull though.

I think Vokko is closer to being able to pull off solo completion. I still need to find a greetings seal for Foejaeger.

Hrm. There are probably some spots you can jump up to where he'll "only" range you which would get around the stunning attack. I still think that's going to be boring and slow. I know back around u7ish there were ways to lower one of his stats to 0. Not sure what the spell combo was and if you can UMD it. Maybe dex? Would be a way to get sneak damage though.
