Default Solo Yugo quests on Elite

Been working for a while on Soloing every ToD qualifier on Elite. I'm a first life Drow clonk, with no Epic gear other than 2 unslotted CC items (gloves & dagger). I had solo'ed them all on norm to first qualify for ToD, and proceeded to use Sins as a loot run for a while. Eventually figured I'd try to do Sins Elite, and while I had to change tactics (more BB kiting, less melee... and traps become really dangerous) it was pretty doable. It made me much faster at running norm as a loot run.... So I figured I'd try the rest. With my limited playtime, its taken months, but that's more finding a big block of time where I could be on to run these, but wasn't doing guild things.....

Sins: The most basic, due to the monoculture of enemies. All devils all the time. Traps hit hard at higher difficulties, but mainly only the blast you in the air ones which are trivial to avoid. Increased damage of the blade traps simlpy meant I wouldn't kite through them on purpose for the extra DPS. Simple end boss, even the hardest one.

New Invasion: This one has a huge variety of enemies, many of which don't give chase, so there was much more melee on higher difficulties than I did on Sins. End boss is a bit trickier due to the traps, but running backwards DoTing and throwing a weapon work fine after clearing the trash with BB. The time limit was a concern, but I never ran into it. I believe I used a pot or two on either Norm or Hard, since I wasted some mana figuring out best tactics. Also, can't get hit much during boss battle limiting the Torc's power. By the time I hit elite I was able to do it by simply being more efficient (dagger as well as Bril clickies) and probably because I also had a bauble by then.

Bastion of Power was the hardest on elite. Not only many different enemies, but more annoying ones. The clerics in particular were an issue for me. If there were too many in the room at once, I'd resort to a DoT melee combo on the cleric. Tripping cats (and to a lesser extent Tieflings) were annoying. Dungeon alert was also a constant concern. It took a high concentration throughout, with most fights being actually dangerous. On elite, I'd often deal with portals by targetting them and putting my back to the wall on the other side of the room. DP the portal, and just melee whatever comes within reach. High reliance on Holy Aura as light CC.

Genesis Point, after having figured out how to solo it on norm, was pretty trivial to ramp up the difficulties. In upper levels, BB kite each room to clear out the 3 waves, melee most everything else. On lower level, you can grab the mobs in small chunks to take out. For the end boss, I did the East, the General Primus. Totally crazy fight... but easier than Bastion. Only major difference is after killing him I'd still need to clear out trash before I could open the chest.

My only wipes were once on Sins (hard?) due to traps, and once on Bastion Hard do to Dungeon Alert.

    Screenshots or it didn't happen:

And a shot to show the insanity that was the boss fights in Bastion & GP:

Basically "fly by instruments". Turtle up with my back against the wall, and just keep watching my bars, watching my cooldowns, watching my buffs and ignoring everything going on because I can't make heads or tails of it anyway.

Special thanks to my Torc, couldn't have done it without him. Most runs I only shrined before Boss, and that was more for recharging clickies than SP. Holy Aura was big, as was my RS Aura. DPower, DF, BB, DPunishment, and the occasional emergency heal were just about the only other spells I cast (besides rebuffing up every 18mins or so).

Guess I need a new goal. VoD seems totally insane... but seems like enough others have done it that I think I'll at least attempt it next. May need at least a better shield (using MadStone) for that... dunno.... Work on these types of things does cut into running more raids & epics my loot, but it isn't like there's a time limit. I figure any practice I get in doing crazy things on my current gimpy incarnation will help with skills for when I'm TR'ed and epiced up.
