+3 tomes in crystal cove?

is this a myth or true because ive heard some people hav pulled +3 tomes from the chests in the wilderness area anyone want to confirm this because i will go start farming if they do drop

teh chest must be minimum CR21 out there for unbound +3 tomes so Myth I can say +2's are there.

On a side note, greater heart of wood dropping from the wilderness area is not a myth. I pulled one yesterday.

I've never heard of tomes dropping of multiple types from the same CR chest. i.e. a +1 tome and a +2 tome from the same CR chest (exception being 'raid loot'). That would mean I highly doubt there are +3 tomes out there if a +2 tome was pulled.

I got a +3 strength tome yesterday but I had one of those +2 loot gems loaded. Might have upgraded the chest a spot or two. This came from one of the chests you get a map to.

also remeber that CC wilderness tends to scale with the level of players in the area, so i wouldnt be surprised if treasure map chest scale with character level.

so if you are level 20 and running a +1 loot gem, you could probably pull a +3

Haven't seen any tomes personally but it wouldn't surprise me.
Cove chests seem to be a cut above standard quest loot at level.
What I mean is quests chests are usually dropping loot of 1 to 2 levels below the stated quest level where as the ml on cove chests seem to hit dea on level.

We’re currently exploring ways to introduce more chances for +3 tomes to appear in the game beyond raiding, to be more consistent with a character’s advancement (and no I don’t mean the Festival Jester).

Suggests to me that very high level quests & areas having a chance of +3s (presumably extreme low drop chance though) could be one of these other methods being explored? This could potentially even mean they might even be introducing +5s as ultra-rare raid-only loot too.

Still, screenshots & dev confirmation would be nice
