Extend spell kind of stands out, at least until they get it to work on weapon buffs not worth it. Easier to time all buffs at once i feel. If i cast a resist with no extend i can time my weapon buff by that (same duration).

Precise shot early on is one thing i'd change on my arti.. You can mow down that front line of enemies pretty easily, sometimes with only 1 or 2 of the bolts in a volley. Third bolt goes right on past to hit the caster in the back. If you use precise shot on that caster, bolt gets wasted, as two shots kill and one just flies past its corpse. Maybe not too big a deal, but PA could be taken first.

Could you not grab monk instead of rogue for evasion? Not like you get the rogue sneak attack since you have the rogue dili, and if you took arti at first level not missing out on the skill points. Do the rogue haste boost and arti fusilade not share uses per day? If not that would be pretty handy.

The OP can't mix monk with bard b/c of alignment.

I'm not sure why he took WF: peircing though.

Extend might be taken for haste/displacement not for the long term buffs.

And a variety of other multiclassed toons without vowels thnk/r/s/rbll/sgmp

    It's a prerequisite for Warchanter I

Nope, you can't stack 'em. But fusilage and haste might be useful for different purposes. In epic raids you also won't have enough fusilage charges for the whole fight. And haste could prove intersting with an Epic Storm.

    Extend was indeed for haste/displace

    Default Rogue levels

I also noticed that the Dilly for Rogue does not stack with actual rogue levels.

Just sayin. You probably know that already.

I'm not sure Warchanter is good for this combination (I'm playing one right now and my opinion is that it is more for barbs/fighters). If you are taking it for medium armor proficiency bare in mind that evasion won't work in it.

Everybody would probably recommend Spellsinger and that is a good choice but Virtuoso (song regeneration, easier access to Music of Dead and Makers and Song of cappering) can be quite effective in this combination (I think I saw some Mechanic-Virtuoso build that resembles this - it relies on light repeating x-bow).

Also DonRicardo is right, rouge dilly doesn't stack with rogue lvls so there is no point taking it. You can check out Paladin dilly for saves boost (up to 5 CHA bonus to saves).

Or you can make him human and take Toughness instead.

    * Self heal is not so hot without a metamagic feat
    * Why would you take Glitterdust / Otto's Sphere of Dancing with 8 cha? No CC except Fascinate.

I'm going to echo the suggestion for Virtuoso. Much lower feat requirements and you get the highly useful Song of Capering.
Ghallanda - now with fewer alts and more ghostbane
