Can't find log-on server

Been trying to log on a few times and this message keeps popping up, does that mean it's full and I have to keep trying or something else?

Huh... did it get you to where you type in your username and password?

If so, after you typed those in, did it give you the twenty attempts and then quit out?

Yes it gave me 20 attempts before "quitting out".
