As title says...of course the Pale Lavender Stone also need to be unbound and with suppressed power.
With the XP bonus going on right now there is bound to be some casters that need Archmagi and +2 Spell Pen IX at level 5....
Not interested in trading this for any scales or scrolls, but if you have an obscene amount of plat you want to offer I will entertain offers.
