Bugged AB?:confused

I rolled an Elven Ranger with stats of 16/18/14/8/10/8. She's not encumbered at all. Nude, unbuffed standing AB with straight fists is 0. Bonus with a Ember Shortbow is +3 with WF:Ranged. Name on Wayfinder is Cliana Surwind d'Vol.

Is there something I'm missing here?

Both Ember weapons are Masterwork, which grant +1 to-hit. Additionally, ranged weapons use Dex bonus instead of Str bonus for to-hit, so you should have:

Ember Shortbow: 1 (BAB) + 4 (Dex Bonus) + 1 (Masterwork) + 1 (Weapon Focus) = 7
Ember Rapier: 1 (BAB) + 3 (Str Bonus) + 1 (Masterwork) = 5
Unarmed: 1 (BAB) + 3 (Str Bonus) = 4

You were listed at 3, 1, 0, each of which were exactly 4 below what ought to have been. My guess is that you were moving at some point in your character's life, and the Inventory failed to update when you settled down.
