Well, I tried to use the DDO store tonight, and it's been bugging out and giving nothing but weird error messages.

Yup, the new and stylish interface is sure a lot better than that old one that looked frumpy but actually WORKED.

Let me guess...you implemented a site that requires sending out about 400x as much graphics per pageserve as the old site, but kept the same hardware.

Don't know what you are talking about, it worked like a charm for me. It isn't about looks it's about function. The add to cart button is probably the best thing since slice ham.

It is bugging out on me to. This is one of those rare times I spend my TP and now I can't lol. Been waiting 15 minutes for the store to load. It looks like only half of it loads, I've reloged and tried different characters and on top of that I restarted my computer, doubt it is a problem on my end.

Guess I'll get that guess pass for my friend later.

also couldnt actually buy anything. wont waste my time troubleshooting for turbine though.

Same thing here. Black screen with press reshresh button mesage.
If you wait to long you get the Apache server error or you requst coudlnt be processed.
Anyone care to sahre their experience on how to solve this?
and it seems i didnt get tp for turning to 1700 favor .. funny

HElP plz. I have 625 Tp, 25 shy for the new pack (which i didnt get from favor)..

The DDO Store was not working for me.
Same issues as above.

Refresh messages.
Error messages.
Half loaded images.

As is probably obvious by now, the Store has been having some problems. We have taken it offline for repairs and will bring it back up as soon as we can.

Also I didnt get my tp for running favor in an unplayed server. Was that due to the new store "improvements"?

+1 for me as well.

I had 598 TP before hitting 700 favor on a character last night (before the store was taken down). I hit the 700 favor, checked the store, and was still at 598TP. Logged off, came to the forum a while later and saw that the store was being taken down.

Well, the store seems to be back up now, but I'm still at 598 TP. When can I expect to get my 25TP?
