Is the list after 5 completions all possible blanks or a random selection?

Your first point is irrelevent, as no one can craft on the handwraps yet anyhow until a 10th LoB completion. By the time that situation is remedied, the handwraps issue will likely be as well.

As for your question Drak, I don't know with reliable confirmation. What Laeris said has been claimed in this thread:

But I haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere, and a quick Myddo of the poster shows unpromising information. I'm on 4 completions now, so will know in the next couple of days. Take that thread as you will.

I do not know why anybody would buy them even for one large....? I got alchemical greatsword and throwing axes on my first run on normal.

Maybe it´s harder to get handwraps but after 5 runs you can choose and it´s not that hard to get... ???

They ended up going to a guildie is why the auction ended so abruptly Drakos. He traded it off pretty lightly as compared to what he could have gotten because of that.
