Actually, The Pit is the only quest I think I could understand a "no new people" request (apart from the English-second-language reason, which I can understand). The Pit can be run fast by a group that knows it, but a single new person is going to end up making it take an hour OR piking and possibly fuming. I wish more experienced people would do teaching runs, but that's definitely a more significant time sink. In pretty much anything else though, one or two new people aren't going to really make any difference in a quest/raid, as long as they pay attention and listen to directions.
A little snark, no vitriol.

Huh? Not my ebigTop. I'd tell those guys to go run 20 Shrouds/Vod/HOX/ToD and then come back. FYI I did read what you wrote, which was the following:
Do you REALLY think those would be the 5 that join your pugged out eBig Top? Really? I mean I have bad luck in game man but that would be a scream seeing those 5 not even Shroud-ready toons join an eBig Top.Then you get the 260hp Ranger with a crappy bow and no fortification, the 210hp Rogue with no Disable/Search item and no fortification, the 170hp Sorcerer with 24 Cha and no fortification and the 240hp Cleric with no SP item and no fortification.
I certainly hope Khyber has not sunk so low as to see those types join an eBig Top pug. When I have run it, it is with people I know, and at most we have had to put an LFM up for 1 or 2 slots at most....but even then, we did not get 170 hp Sorcs with 24 CHA, heh.
