Lotteries won, prizes not given

I checked my lottery winnings and found that a number of toons were listed as winning something, from 5 haste pots to one who was listed as winning the Epic Dungeon Tokens lottery. But, when I visit the characters, there are no lottery winning letters in their mail.

Could this be related to the fact that none of them have updated in MyDDO since the 11th or 12th?

(I did file a bug report, too.)

My lottery report says i won the medium thin quiver lottery 10/26/2011
However i got nothing in my mail.
How do i get my winnings?

Known issue

If your character does not update in myddo, you cannot collect your winnings. Otherwise they would be in your in-game mail.

Same problem as jalil - I've gotten listed as winning the medium thin quiver on two different servers (Orien & Argonnessen) and neither have come through the mail system. Both of the winner characters have been able to get other won lotteries. It only appears that the medium thin quiver is not coming through.

Same here too. Can't get medium quivers and (from memory) rage potions. Listed Toons otherwise update properly and get other prizes when won.
