    Default Advice on New quests

So I was getting flagged for the new raid. I Soloed them, just to learn the quests.

I tried power play no problem. Nothing special, not hard not easy.

Then I did blown to bits! O ****, is this a fun quest or what? However, my only question is is it possiible to solo the iron bomber with my character?

Then i tried schemes of the enemy. tons of fun, lots of good graphics and i love the different ways you could do objectives. However, i couldnt finish the quest. i beat down the door by the brute force method, then i got to the part where you have to either beat down the pillars or solve the puzzle which takes two people. as a wizzie, beating down the pillars doesnt seem to be an option. (left my guy swinging for 20 min beating on them, came back and only down maybe 20%) Is there another option to get past this with my char?

    My character:

    Level 20 wf wizzie
    pm

527 hp raged and in form
41ish dc on necro, 40 dc on enchanment
no rogue skills, 35-40 diplo, no bluff, decent spot

Grab a hireling and have them move the bottom wheel. It's not super easy but if you are on normal you can just
clear the top which will make it fairly easy.

Iron bomber is surely doable jsut apply a maxed out DoT (preferably with eardwellr for the first 3 minutes) then kite and be ready for a long fight.

For what concern Schemes you have to solve a puzzle (Ddowiki has the solution if you want) that requires an hireling as bruteforcing the crystals is not an option for a solo wizard.

You could have used another tactic for the door aswell, you can jump up the ventilation tunnel (one extra optional chest for a named spider) and managed to enter in a room to read the security code of the door, then you get back and turn the lever with the appropriate sequence (this come handy at higher difficulty settings wehre brute forcing the door is harsh).
