Warforged Artificer 28pt builds

i cant decide which would be best got 2 in mind

STR 18 STR 16
DEX 8 DEX 10 or 8
CON 12 CON 16 or 17
INT 16 INT 16
WIS 6 WIS 6
CHA 6 CHA 6

also considering going with dex rather then str but i think id like to go with a bastard sword rather then a reapeting xbow basically id like to know which of the above builds is better ill be mostly soloing at least early on i wont be using any stat boosters for this char at least not yet

Hi! I noticed that no one had answered your post. I have not yet had a chance to play artificer, but I think having CON at 16 is more important than having STR at 18, since survivability is also important as a melee.
