I'm looking to aquire an UNBOUND shard of Greater Stability. If someone would mail me in game if you can make it that would help. Character's name is Velashiera on the KHYBER server and the req is level 123 elemental to make unbound.

Just correcting the OP, s/he is probably talking about Superior Stability.
