NEW: DDOZonixx Live Streaming! (+ Some General Info)

Hello everyone! This is DDOZonixx and I am just letting all of you know that I will be livestreaming DDO content on my new livestream website http://www.livestream.com/ddozonixx.

Please feel free to check it out if you wish, I will most likely be streaming either in the morning or the evening PST (anywhere from 7am-11am or 7pm to 1 am) but I may hop on and start streaming at any time **[I will also be adding to this post when I am streaming and the times; I do count early hours the next day as late hours the day before just to avoid confusion.]** The livestream will contain all sorts of DDO content (either on my sorcerer, my barbarian, or I might make new characters). I will be doing quests, raids, epics, and essentially anything that I do when I normally play DDO Music may be included! Please feel free to join and leave your comments as well (there is a comment page on the website, I will always be logged in and checking peoples comments) **ADDITIONALLY** I will be giving some stuff away at random times during the day! However: I will not start giving stuff away until I reach at least 15 viewers (at once).

There are two problems here.
First, I don't see Turbine endorsing this anywhere.
Second, you can't advertise websites in the LFM panel, and it sounds like that's what he was doing.

They might like the idea. They might not. There's no way to know their feelings on the subject. But I can absolutely tell you that they are not going to like a link to the streaming site in the LFM panel.
There are plenty of Turbine employees that use Ron's character planner.... but guess what would happen if he started spamming the LFM panel with the download addy? And that's what it would be: Spam.
It isn't their site, it isn't their product, and advertising the addy for it in the LFM panel is a violation of the ToS.

What he said. Also, I do believe that Zonixx was in the Eberron Chronicle a while back as a result of his Videos, streaming or pre-recorded I cannot remember. Edit : Found it.

What he does:
Hosts an LFM.
Streams it.
Leaves the LFM up while running the quest. Yes, it includes a URL.

I fail to see how this is harming anyone involved, or especially ban-worthy.

I've watched his streaming video before - there was nothing inappropriate about it, nor does he seem to profit from it AFAIK. It's just some guy playing DDO.

So it's a URL - I've got a URL to the forums in both McPhail's and Hobadash's Bios in game. Should I expect a vacation soon?
