Hey,

afaik the only source of SupGlaciation 5+ is crafted from Icy Festival, and usually people taking the shot on crafting those Motes-heavy recipes use them theirself.

A cheap way to improve 6-8 lvl spells is getting the Tod Sorc Belts.
On my Earth/Ice Sorc i use Telvis (Ice) for Polar Ray and Thamors (Acid) for new Black Dragon Bolt.

9 min/shrine is usually enough as well, u can extend that by further 3 min total if u get Rhakirs for Sup Eff IX.

I presume what you just said is all Raid Loot from the newer raids? I've only recently returned and when I left, VoD and Hound were the main raids. So could you please refine you're reply. So I could understand it a bit better :P

I think it's Telvi's Sash you are after, it drops in... Bastion of Power? It's a quest in Amrath.

You don't need the ring for the Sup. Glaciation VIII clickie but the set bonus is worth it (rings are found in the Tower of Despair raid, you can expect a grind before getting yours unless you're really lucky )

Random loot can generate Sup. VI clickies tho, it doesn't stop at V.

There is... but I don't think it's very good. The improved crit chance doesn't stack with arcane lore. You basically want to have the belt for the clicky that improves your ice damage.

Had a quick look on DDOWiki, apparently the ring can be upgraded. On the list it says (Unconfirmed) Greater Glaciation VIII, Can anyone confirm this for me?
