I pulled +4 dex gloves, ML9, in elite Cannith Crystal on Korthos. I know that there's currently +1 loot, but this seems excessive. Has anyone seen anything similar?

I've had a few from end rewards. Always +4 Dex gloves though.

What i see many Items get a new MIn. Lvl,Looting some Outifits With Deathblook and Heavy Forti or Fearsome of Heavy Forti,thats was normaly lvl 12 now its lvl 16.
I Loot +5 Frost HW with Maiming lvl 18,**** they have same High lvl when my +4 Force,Icy Burst Para HW of PG lvl 18.EX EU Keeper Player new Home since 2009 Thelanis.
Alts:Kleineq,Nummon,Antep,Antep-1 and others
