so i recently started really utilizing the auction house... when the items sell it goes through mail...

My problem with this is there is a gold cap for free members?! is that really neccessary? I mean cap what you want, but gold income?

no. it is in place to limit/eradicate gold farmers. 6$ will unlock premium which iirc will lift any limits on your gold cap. (aside from the one in place because of game mechanics.)

The limit is 1250 plat at level one, and it doubles every level, until you reach the ~4.3 million hard cap at level 13 (the game stores your number of copper pieces as an unsigned integer, but they only allocated 32 bits, for a maximum of 2^32, 4,294,967,296 copper, or 4,294,967 platinum).

It's not going to change, but hopefully you can gain a level or two and take out the coins before the mail expires.

Just spend the six dollars, it's well worth it for all the perks it gives you and you only have to do it once.
