turbine points has not been increasing for a while

i have sent 4 emails in regards to the missing turbine points. they are #24001-148103, #24001-143229, $24001-142342, #24001-140246.
this is in relation to my missing turbine points. i read the faq n it was suppose to be given within 24-48 hrs but these points have been missing for 2 weeks and counting. i have been doin quests for favor and xp on my toons but there is no increase in TP whatsoever. and moreover i cant even use my credit card to purchase new points. what is goin on?? how do i debug this? or is there a method to track the tp?

i have already submitted the quests i hv done in terms of which day i hv done em n on which difficulty in my ticket sent but still no news. please respond.
