In light of the significant increase in fortification for bosses in epic and elite raid content, how about changing the crippling strike feat (for most rogues - a total wasted feat) to allow for fortification reduction on strike? Say, 10%, stacking up to 3 times? Wouldn't that make a rogue or two a pretty useful in a raid? I'd certainly give up one of my skill master feats (-1 UMD, oh no) to have a useful crippling strike.
