I've run in on elite about six times now, and nothing but vendor trash in any of the three chests. Pretty disappointing IMO.

No need to be scared. The quest is still quite easy to solo (I'd say even easier because you don't fall asleep). The difficulty (and fun ) comes from the scaling of wave-sizes depending on the party size.

Not sure its tested or calculated but release notes stated that 'Hard and Elite chests now have a chance of giving out special loot. Special loot will continue to appear in Normal chests as usual.' Still haven't any luck with pulling bauble on elite myself, but 3 chests are 3 chests. Its truly better than 1 for sure, even for a little more chaos added with difficulty.

Quest is way more fun than it EVER was before. Would only ever pike this quest and afk while it was going. Now I actually have motivation to run it.

Ran it for the first time on hard yesterday on hard for the first time since the changes and it was a BLAST. I was on my bard and man lemme tell ya, its heaven for a bard!
