Crit damage...did anything change?

after testing my fighter (dual kopeshes) i´ve noticed that the crit damage has been reduced considerably, from mids 160-180(without any buffs), down to 130-160... anybody noticed the change?(i checked everything from PA, to bs, and tharnes...)

Raid bosses have been given fortification, pretty sure all mod11 constructs have too (I could be wrong though because I usually play my TWF Kensai, not my THF Barbs).

You should see less crits, but still crit for the same amount, unless you're not breaking DR?

My main melee toon is on TR right now so can't offer much more than that, sorry.

Unless i am wrong, isnt fortification supposed to avoid crits? instead of just reducing damage?

should unless reflex was having a play and taking half dmg. Though don't know why that would happen. But then again anything seems to be possible when people put their heads together to balance out a monster.

With dmg boost theoretically my max crit should have gone up a ton.. Yet I haven't seen any that impressive yet.. Maybe something weird going on.

i think the last was 2 weeks before U11...will do some more tests on vale to evaluate...

but on lam with a 10d6 esos.. It's such a wide range that getting the best numbers is rare.

Got a couple 1k crits on my dwarf barb non-helpless so think its multiplying fine.. Just getting bad roll on my halforc lately.. Only ~1200 on helpless... So weak! tho then again i wasnt wearing my epic chain much lately, so lots lost there.

Well, my fighter is a TWF with kopeshes, and the damage is 1d10+X(for GS kopeshes) so isnt so wide at least...

Your fighter doen't make damage at all mate. So from zero to zero there's no difference.
My beloved GrandMa used to make more damage with her dipper compared to you with an ESoS...
