another update down, and the dragon mark of storm with air savant is STILL BUGGED.

Bear in mind this is a possible prerequisite feat for air savant and air savant should be a nice way of making it more effective. Their supposed to work together.

curently: with no savant lines or any savant other than air, the greater dragon mark of storm (call lightning) does about 150+ minimum damage with no potency crits etc.

with air savant it does 12 minimum damage, rendering it completely useless.

Now there have been several threads about this previously, i know its been bug reported. can we at least get a dev responce saying your aware of the issue and adding it to the known issues list.
