After some research in several servers... I have seen huge amounts in the AH, but I doubt if they sell it.

I would sell it for 156.253 platin, 3 gold, 8 silber 1 copper.

You aren't getting much interest because anyone with 400+ silver flame favor can get such marks for about 500pp each. Those with crafting levels high enough to use such marks tend to be the ones that already had most of their favor done on one character at least, or could grind it out quickly enough.
