sd tank needed

hi, i'm looking to tr my fighter (1e time) into a sd tank fighter
becouse of the u11 sd also gains more treat and some other changes, i have acces to all classes exept monk
(including the new class),
i have acces to al races ecept the halves
i'm willing to spend a +3 tome and some +2's when they are needed
-i wana be able to hold the agro of most raidbosses and epic bosses while having a good amount of ac to be effective (as high as posible)
-having some evade wold be nice
-also being able to use heal scrols won't hurt me i gues (if i have skilpoints left enough whitout lowering the requests above)
