Default need help on WF toon

i'm looking for a WF soloist toon
my limitations are: 28pt. build, and WF race otherwise i'm mostly open to all

my ideals are a toon that can solo well/extremely well (with or without a hireling)
also a build that does have something to offer in a group when i figure out how to "play nice", jk
i almost always use a hireling so...

WF wiz or sorc. Self healing, summons to divert agro, enchantments to increase party size, nice buffs, and nice damage spells. Try and run with a hireling that has divine vitality to get a few more spell points.

Wiz- max int, max/near max con, anything left into str.

Sorc- max cha, max/near max con, anything left into str.

^ This, later if you get FvS they also make good solo WF toons.

Of the two I would go wiz. You have more spells, feat and versatility to play with. Plus it helps you learn SP conservation which makes you a better, more efficient caster.

I don't really follow the "real" game of numbers and stuff, because so far I'm 2,000 XP from level 7 and haven't grouped once. It's a severe pain in the ass at times and I've used quite a few hirelings to help keep me alive on Elite quests and sometimes Hard. What I've been using as a Warforged is first level in Rogue to pick up your trapfinding and skills for open lock and disable device while maintaining good search/spot, then taking Ranger to keep up your search/spot and cross-classing OL and DD. I splashed a level of Fighter to get enough feats to qualify for the Tempest enhancement so that by lvl 8 I'll have the first one. Taking a level in Artificer, instead of Rogue now, might be a better option for wand heals for yourself, though. Discuss

I'm a fan of the wf wiz build. Rogue lvs at 1 and 8 (if you have a +2 int tome, if not 2nd lv of rogue when ever) for traps extra xp and evation. Necro for self healing or just keep a few repair spells around. As for hirelings a wf dps/fvs so you can heal them or a cleric with DV's to park and give you back some of your sp.
