    I think the termination of your account won't be a problem, just do it. But I doubt that you will get a cent back you have allready paid. If you had a contract with turbine that says you bougth the artificer class with your money, that would be a different case. But afaik it's only a problem of missleading advertising, not of broken contracts. You will be able to play artificer for free as a VIP, but not now. I don't like this, but I doesn't break the deal for me.
