Does the extra bag (Inventory Space Upgrade, +20 slots) remain unlocked if you true reincarnate a character you bought it on?

I tested it on Lamannia, and it worked. I TR'd my crafter into an Artificer to test the bonus CLs, and also bought the extra bag before TRing. Started out with 4 bags instead of 3.
