Lottery entry is not working today

Hm, not sure if you unterstood me right, to clarify:

No wayfinder toon can enter lottery (because they are not yet listed on myDDO).

But if you have a toon on wayfinder, you can't enter lottery for *any* toon from your account page ("xyz's Page").

If you have a toon on Wayfinder, all you get is the grayed out "Current Drawings" window if you click the "Enter Here" button. It is still possible to enter the lottery for any non-Wayfinder toon by using the toon's myDDO-page.

For me it looks like there is something messed up with the query to lookup the toons belonging to the account.

I'd say the base for wayfinder-toon-myDD-problems and the grayed out "Current Drawings" window is the same. My guess would be a sql query causing havoc because it tries to, but fails at, the attempt to get *all* toons for the account (including those from wayfinder that it can't find).

This matches my problem too. Of my 3 accounts, the one that gets the gray lottery entry page has a Wayfinder character, and the other 2 do not.

Yep, it seems any account that created a character on the wayfinder server now gets the grey box of death if they try to do the lottery from our main account page. The script is probably spitting an error while trying to add the wayfrinder character to the list.

Yep, I have the same problem.
I can't enter Lotteries from my account pages anymore. (Firefox,Chrome or IE9)
It does work from the character page, but only for the one character. With almost every server with ten characters I can't enter the Lotteries for all of my alts.

Its the same for me and for my friend. We both have characters on Wayfinder, and we both get only the grey box if we try to do the lotterie using the account page. We can enter with any character which is not on Wayfinder using the character page.

If this issue of mine has not been reported yet it may be useful to know for Cordovan: my Wayfinder toon is not listed at all in myddo characters full list. Thus he can't access the lottery, of course.

You can still enter each character seperately from his own page (Thus bypassing the grab all toons query) but its tedious, and as you dont get any "You win" entries afaik as well, its a pain to actually log through 20 toons, have the client crash 4 times during that to check for all toons if they have won something.

Interesting side note. I won the lottery on a deleted toon, when I recreated the toon, the winning mail was still delivered.

Probably because your wife's account has created a character on the Wayfinder server, and your account has not. This has been the case so-far. Please confirm if this holds true for you.

I have the same issue as the op, greyed out lottery dialogue box. Has been that way since Friday I believe. I am able to select via individual character however, but that's a tedious "work around", lol.

You beat me to it! Yes, it appears that we've been able to resolve the issue with my.ddo lotteries not displaying when accessing the DDO Lottery from a player profile. Today's work will not resolve other my.ddo issues that are not allowing some players to access the lottery system (or experience other my.ddo issues.) We are also continuing to work to get Wayfinder updating properly on my.ddo. Thanks!

hmm... not sure if mine is working correctly yet. Maybe you should put up a bunch of green steel ingredient lotteries with high win rates so I can test it.

Yep Lotteries are working for me now to. Also, one character from Wayfinder did show up on my entries.
