Is this on the test server now? If so, is it something you have to buy with limited uses, is it a tool, is it a feature?
I don't see anything in the release notes nor did I see another thread, apologies if I missed it in one or both.

I can see it now mid quest/raid at chest.
Player1 to party: My pack is full give me 2 minutes to deconstruct some things so I can loot this chest.

No permanent option? I won't be buying any of those money traps then. I would rather just get the new player inventory space and prevent needing to deconstruct mid quest.
