Customizable Pet for Rangers

the dev's allready said it before. some classes got different stuff from the pnp dnd. they lost one thing and got an other.

wizards lost 1st level scribe scroll. they get a free mete magic feat at level one instead.
sorcerer lost the high amount of spells per day -changed to extra spell power and X2 s.p. from items .
RANGERS lost pets, they got both melee and ranged combat style feats. yep. if this was pnp you rangers would get a pet with 1/2 your levels. but also would have to pick ether the melee fighting feats or the ranged ones. not both.

so. ranger get pet? not likely.

All casters lost cantrips, but that's not a huge loss. It just would've been nice to have unlimited cantrips, versus echoes of power.

I think it would be great for rangers being current ranger summons are completely useless there not worth the spell points or a spell slot.

Likelihood aside... I support the motion for better Animal Companions.

Come on, this is a place for ideas and suggestions... not a place to do Turbine favors by shooting down our own ideas before they even have to.
