    Default Lottery screen greyed out.

When I click on the little yellow button (click here) to enter lottery.. the small window that usually pops up where I normally select characters is just all grey inside. This happens both ingame and from a regular browser. I have tried both Mozilla and Chrome browsers.

Nope, looks ok to me and I'm looking from work on dreadful PC's.

May I suggest a PC restart?

It has been messed up for a couple days now. couple of restarts since then...different browsers even. Maybe it is an AV issue or maybe I was just winning too many crafting materials haha

    Hi Afyndax,

The Lottery works for me using Chrome 13.0.782.220 m on Windows.

I'd check your extensions and ensure java is up to date and enabled (1.6.0_26 on my Win7 64bit PC) along with any security software you have that may be blocking the launch of the window.

It seems others are affected and Turbine is investigating:

Apologies for necroing this, but I'm still having this issue, with IE, Firefox, and in-game. Are there tracking web sites, as there used to be for the DDO Store, that I need to enable in my hosts file?
Once upon a time, I was part of a team, and we saved some children. That was long ago and far away, and, yes, I am that old.
