Although it would take some time from ddo community staff, my suggestion is to have a sticky suggestions thread noting the sugggestion, the related link and its status.
Statuses would be something like
Noted, pending review
Reviewed, under consideration
Not planned at this time
Rejected
Approved for future inclusion
Completed

This would give strong positive feedback to the community that suggestions are being heard and reduce multiple threads on the same topic (like this one?)

For example I want to put down several suggestions but should I revive old threads or is new threads more likly to get attention?

My suggestions of UI selection for wings, have 3 tier guild leadership, opt in if want guild officers to see all chars in guild for your account, lfm auto range corrected to group leader level -2 to +1, default run key from r to ctrl-r, insribe tome item from DDO store (495TP?) to create a single stat BTC based on what currently applied to selected stat, BTA stone of change ritual to binnd an unbounded item (Eberron dragonshards required), VIP and premium90day request option for their myddo characters/guilds to be refreshed
