Need a quick confirmation on shadowstar bug before I report it.
Shadow star seems to be giving crits on 18-20 rather than 19-20 as it should being a keen 20x2 thrower.
Noticed the other day on my latest monk project at level 5 in redwillow so there is no confusion about me having IC : ranged or anything like that.
Normally I would just report it but I want to make sure I'm not seeing things and this isn't really game breaking.
