I'll prepare a Kensei lvl20 and archimage lvl20 Evocation/necromancie
For each one:
- I want to know strategy?
- not fall against the Queen if CAC possible?
- I want to know stuff, weapons, capacity, spell... needed?

Sorc/Wiz :
If wf will help to auto heal yourself, Polar ray / Meteor Strike to get her from range in between phases. Fw works too on the queen side platform. If you dont feel too confident about leaving the group ball then use polar / meteor from afar.

Melee : I cant specify which dr she requires but i think it was cold iron. Melee is kinda easy you stay in the ball and hit her when she on platform use ranged returning to get her some dmg and help the casters. When she come back on middle switch backto melee wpn and block to not get toss aside.

Spell required on you at all time , fr, fom, (elect, sonic, against archer)

Just adding on to the buffs:

Fire & Acid - She casts Burning Blood, that does a lot of damage even with the resists on.
Lightning - She casts Chain Lightning, not too damaging but you still want to reduce what hits you.
Sonic - Archers, plus the Queen's Khopesh's do sonic damage.
Freedom of Movement - Prevents the crippling effect from the archers, and prevents the Slow spell that the Efreeti literally spam.
Greater Heroism, Holy Aura - Anything to boost saves. The blade barrier traps do a good bit of damage if they hit you.
Prayer - +1 damage to all in party
Recitation - +2 to hit for anyone without a luck item

Her DR is Cold Iron+Good, so the best weapon is a Cannith crafted Holy Burst Cold Iron of Greater Chaotic Outsider Bane. eSoS's also are acceptable by most DPS folks because she currently has 0% fort. Epic Antique Greataxes and MinII's are also commonly used.

For healing, Mass Heal is too slow to keep up with her damage. Mass Cures are necessary. I personally rotate three different Mass Cures, and toss in an RS burst when I can.

She will occasionally cast Telekinesis, and can send you off the edge. If this happens, head to the northeast, at about the "1 o'clock" position and you'll see a platform. You will most likely die to the efreeti and fire ele spawns down below, but if you are there, you will be able to be picked up after the raid. The portal that exists down there on normal through elite only opens up after completion on epic.

Finally, make sure nobody is lagging the instance. One person's packet loss can cause the entire raid to wipe because heals don't land.

Melee :
Yes her DR is on epic 20/Good+Cold Iron. But i don't understand why "Holy Burst Cold Iron of Greater Chaotic Outsider Bane": Cold Iron was her DR? We need necessarily cold iron or metalline
I have not yet Epic Antique Greataxes but I'll farm The Maleficent Cabal on Epic
What is MinII?

Min II is a Mineral II Greensteel Weapon. Its a dual shard craft that provides both metalline and good, so it works as a dr breaker.

The standard EDQ2 tactic ATM is to all stand in a tight ball.

Dont be the 250 HP Sorc or you will be Toast.

A Fw is ok for when she is on the ledges otherwise mass dam or dot spells.

She is immune to lightning.

Good ranged DPS is almost always welcome. The problem is finding it.

Ranged DPS really shines in this quest.

Due to the big nasty monster sitting on a ledge with a lake of lava between you and her.

A good Ranged toon can have her off her ledge in ten seconds

Be chaotic neutral or true neutral and you will take a lot less damage from DQ...avoid Lawful Good.

Since you mentioned your an archmage, spell wise firewall would only be used when she is first up on her ledge to do enough damage to teleport her down, once she comes down, when she is at 20% or so hp she will go to war, and you need to cast level five or above spells as she she will have a mantle of invlunerability so be sure to dot her up with niac's biting cold and stack it three times. She is immune to electric spells so you can not use Eladar's Electrical Surge. The bludgeoning damage portion of meteor storm will affect her. It is helpful if you can debuff her with waves of exhaustion so she does not move and attack as fast, likely you will need to cast it a few times to ensure it lands. Polar Ray is another good damage spell to use. If you have any cold damage clickies make sure you have them turned on when casting those spells. Have shield/nightshield on yourself to protect against magic missile, and help keep displacement on the party members, besides other buffs mentioned already.
