DDO Store Points Issue With Llamania and LIVE server

I have an issue, a few days ago I was playing on Llamania trying out the Artificer class. At that point I had 1100 something Turbine points (On Llama And when I was playing on Cannith that same day). I then purchased Sorrowdusk Isle and Phiarlen Carnival Adventure packs on the Llamania server. It deducted the 900 points (450 for each pack) and I had access to them. Then later when I went onto the Cannith server I did not have access to the adventure packs. I contacted Customer Service, and was told there are two different point balances, one for Beta Server (Llamania) and one for LIVE Servers (Cannith in this example). Ok, I guess I can understand that, so I then went to purchase the adventure packs on Cannith, but it seems that the 900 points were also deducted from the LIVE server point balance as well. When I then remarked on this in a reply email to Customer Service, I got this reply

"Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for any confusion but there would be two store point balances when you're participating in Beta. One store point balance for the LIVE server your playing on and then one store point balance for the Beta server. Again, we can't further assist you with this issue.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reply to this email and we will be happy to assist you."

I have responded to this email again, remarking upon my issue again, but also figured I would post this up here as well to see if anyone could help.

Honestly I think your probably miss remembering your total points on the live server.

On the live server open up the DDO store window and click the "my account" button. there will be an option to view history. This will show you all turbine points earned and spent for the last 3 months as well as a running total. This should help clear up any question of how many points you should really have and what they have been spent on.
