Are the Forums working correctly?????

Um, as a F2P account, I can only post in the Technical Assistance forum and the one marked Free Player General Discussion under Technical Assistance.

The problem with this is the Free Player one takes you to a forum under Internal > Archive and has 18 posts in it, and can't be seen by non F2P accounts, as they see Dwarf listed there instead.

This account is unable to post in any of the Free Discussion Forums, meaning that all players who are not VIP or Premium have no ability to apply for guild recruitment or seek advice from anyone who is not also a F2P player.

Is this the way the Forums are supposed to be working??????????????
