Toolbar Shortcut keys

I usually end up with a lot of toolbars so I can have quick access my goodies without having to search through my backpacks.
It would be very helpful if we could stack all of them on top of each other and when we selected them with Ctrl + X, the toolbar that is selected would come to the front of the stack, instead of it just highlighting the toolbar.
Or at least make this an interface option for people who are more adept at shortcut keys.
I think it would clean up the interface tremendously - for those who chose to do so.
It kinda infringes on the 'immersion' factor a lot to have a lot of screen space taken up my toolbars.

I see what you mean Dwane - if I collapse them all down I can toggle through them with Ctrl + number keys.

Also you can go into the keybinding menu and asign keys to different hotbars. Mine has
hotbar 1 as 1 to 0
Hotbar 2 as alt 1 to 0
Hotbar 3 as alt q to p
And hotbat 4 as alt a to m
The others I have to click on. I think I have 16 hotbars on the screen atm
