Zerging through Lord of Eyes on casual for endreward on my FVS and got FoD'ed by the first beholder because I forgot to put on Deathward and rolled a 1.. Couldn't stop laughing.

Or favor grinding in swiped signet on my level 20 caster with 442 hp.. Was hit by sleetstorm repeatedly and slowly killed by one - very! - persistent archer.

Oh.. This was actually a friend who don't play anymore. but was running depts on elite.. Think we were level 8 or so and i tell my friend to stick with me to which he answers 'Nah.. It's only a level 4 quest' as he stops talking the message 'your friend G***** has died'... Epic moment!

Was soloing DQ2 on my wizzie about eight months back, and I got her down to the whole "I am war"-rage-kill-stage. I clicked my Telvi's Sash for the added oomph for my Polar Rays... when I suddenly start dancing.

And it was on that day that I removed Kormor's Belt from my hotbars.

Went to jump off the harbor ledge the other day and i didnt have ff on..

1) Jump off the side of the guild ship, go afk for a bit expecting to turn up in a random house. Come back later to find my soul drifting merrily at the bottom of the Harbor. Turns out, if you hit the water before teleporting when you fall from your ship you end up underwater.
2) Trying to Kormor a friend in eVON6, only getting cure spells cast. ~30 seconds later, I'm kiting trash when fire is called and my friend hits me with a Dance when I'm standing directly between the two safespots. I deserved that one.

Was in abbot run not to long ago. So I put on my pale lavender ioun stone to prevent any nasty infernos... but then when it hit I died. I realized that my death aura was on and kept draining my charges.

V, that might be me when i am online, too my guildies dreads those words from me, as well as any squeaks that come through the chat.. those usually lead to a *ding* for me and grumbling from my party members as they retreive my soul stone. my fav silly moment was in TOD..

i was warned to be careful of the Edge in one area "everyone, keep your body on the walk way, there is no railing here, falling means death, dont fall.." this was my first TOD, i am a Favored Soul, so one might think that my wings were my down fall.. but noooo.. i fell off the stinkin' edge, just walked right off.. i was lucky, it was mostly a guildy run, so no harm no foul, but man that was funny and embarrassing, they still razz me on that one when we go in

When playing Stealer of Souls in the fire area i died a lot (4times at least) as a wizard(PM) and didn´t know why. Buffs running, rebuffing after death, decent saves, self healing etc. After we finished and i was getting calm again, it hits me! You´v been casting Fire Shield instead of Cold Shield! Doh!

Hmm a small list of fails for you all...
1. Going to ADQ and realizing you forgot to talk to the genie.
Talk to the genie, and go to ADQ and realize you forgot to talk to him twice.
Running to ADQ and then fall off...

2. Having buffs on the "alt" set of hotkeys and buffing the fourth person in the party and hitting alt and f4 together...

3. Used a pot to restore some hp when I was dangerously low. Suddenly rage wears off *DING*

4. After a death train to Meridia, was gonna sell some stuff and took off my Minos for Haggle Hat *DING*

Did mine today, one that almost trumps the folly of blowing up the entire raid party in tempest spine.
Vy and I are duo'ing dq, doing pretty well in a routine run when the queen goes all RAWR I AM WAR! I wing straight at her. (Some background ot this my heal button is on my mouse right next to my wing button so a miss key waiting to happen.) Xevic face plants into the dq's cleavage she gets all offended and hacks me into little elf giblets no matter with Vy's heals doing her best to keep me alive as I'm laying on my back in either agony or ectasy I am unsure.

Mine was running my FVS through VoD the other day. It was towards the end and I ended up with Sully agro (DoT is not always good thing) and was chained. I was trying to get away with wings and heal and couldn't figure out why nothing was happening. After the Ding I realized that I was out of SP. Guess I should pay attention to the blue bar also.

Elite DA. Got on the bard today and was about to sing a song or two to Ver through the door. Wouldn't you know it that 3 devils popped out of the closed door and for some reason my sword equipped then discovered I had forgot to summon arrows (Bard/AA mix). *Ding* 10 seconds of life in the quest. Gave Ver good a laugh xD
