Same thing here, unfortunately the above did not fix it for me.
I've checked the address on both paypal and turbine, they match.
Never had this problem before.
What I wonder is why would turbine make changes to something that is linked with their store on the very same week that a "sale" which they know would be popular is on ?
Edit: I went and turned everything to Ultra or high (whichever it had as maximum) and the client no longer crashes, but when I return to the DDO store after the paypal screens, it still says
"we are sorry, we are unable to successfully process this transaction"
And that's it, it says the same thing for the credit cards / debit cards.
