    Default Armor kit lost after epic augmentation crystal added.

    As title, i lost my armor kit after upgrading my epic vulkorim fighter leather with epic augmentatio crystal by epic altar.

    Could i have back my armor kit please?
    I've already tried to open several tickets but never got answer.

    Hey man - I had the same thing, Epic Vulkoorim Fighting Leathers, after Removing my augments from it.

    Go here.

    Submit a Ticket
    Put in your personal info.
    DDO

    And give them as detailed a report as possible below. I included the purchase order # from where I bought the skin.

    I would also suggest that you submit a bug report on this particular issue.

    It may take them a while to get back to you (three days for me, then three days again as we got some clarification from each other), but I got my points refunded back, and I bought back my armor kit, and reapplied it.

    Make sure you tell them that you have attempted to Toggle the kit on/off, and that did not solve your issue. Also, all the normal stuff, like restarting the client, unequipping/reequipping the armor, etc.

    Known issue on their part. And a reason why the player base wants the kits to be more like the helms you an buy from the store (you know, reapplicable). Especially given the massive cost that some of the kits have.

    But I'm afraid you won't get much help from the support center, unless they've changed something.

    As I stated above, I was issued a refund of points, and able to re-buy and re-apply my kit. Individual experience in customer service may vary, but to give up before really even starting certainly won't get you results.
