Eternal rest handwraps. WAI?

Hi, I picked up a pair of these after a run through the catacombs, then later that day I hit Delera's and when fighting the wraiths, I had a large number of 'incorporeal' messages. I thought the wraps were ghost touch, is it a bug on the item or a mis-typed description and they are WAI?

these are bugged, it is a known issue, it will be fixed in U11.
