    Default Trying to buy points using PayPal

    Just want to know if anyone else has bought points using PayPal and if anyone had the problem I am encountering. I am pretty sure it's a PayPal issue but their customer support has been shall we say less than helpful.

    Thought I'd post it here just in case the hivemind can help me with a solution.

    I am trying to spend $x on an item in a Turbine game. The message I get is this: "This transaction amount is greater than your available PayPal balance. To complete purchase, please add a credit or debit card." I am getting this message even though I have over $xx in my account. I tried to add my debit card anyway and the message I get is this: "This address has already been entered for your PayPal account." At this point I can go no further with my transaction. Why is this happening? Any ideas?

    The DDO family has always come through for me before. Here's hoping you will again (crosses fingers)

    Thats strange.. is your PayPal account verified? I use a verified PayPal account but my payment method is direct bank account transfer.

    by debit card i figure u mean credit card ?

    if so has your "debit card" ( or do u mean bank account ? ) had any recent changes as in did u get a new one or some such. if so have u tried removing said card and then adding it again.

    also do u have more than one paypal account and are u using the right one ?

    also there a tab section in there somewhere that lets u choose which method paypal gonna use to treat the purchase request, either by using your paypal balance, or via card if u have on linked or via bank if verified. make sure your on the right option
